CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy to accommodate clients and respect our practitioner's time. With a 12-hour notice, clients can reschedule or let someone else have the treatment slot. For cancellations within 12 hours, a 30% fee will be charged. This policy balances client needs and sustainability. Thank you for understanding.

WE ARE GRATUITY-FREE

We want to provide a stress-free experience for our clients with a gratuity-free policy. By removing the need to calculate tipping, we aim to alleviate any stress or anxiety. Relax and indulge in our luxurious treatments without additional costs.

LATE POLICY

To make sure we provide the best care to all our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to keep your appointment. We understand that unexpected things can happen, so if you know you'll be running late, please let us know as soon as you can. While we will try our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you for a later time or day, depending on availability.
